Raspberry Earl Grey Latte

One day this winter, I was walking through my neighborhood and passed by the local tea shop. They always have fun drinks advertised on the chalkboard outside, so I like to take a peek. A raspberry earl grey latte was listed, and I was intrigued! I couldn’t stop and try it that day but immediately made a mental note to create it at home soon. It couldn’t be easier to whip up and will make you feel cozy and a bit luxurious on a cold day, especially with a few lemon cookies on the side.
Ingredients
2 earl grey tea bags
1 cup milk of choice, I used oat milk
1 ½ tablespoons raspberry syrup, I used Torani
Directions
In a small bowl or pitcher, steep the 2 teabags in one cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, warm the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. It should be steaming but not boiling.
Remove the tea bags from the steeped tea. Pour the tea into a 16 oz mug. Add the raspberry syrup and warm milk. Stir to combine. The amount of raspberry syrup can be adjusted depending on desired level of sweetness.
