Lavender Peach Smoothie

This smoothie is light and refreshing with just a touch of lavender. If you don’t have peaches on hand, blueberries work well too. The frozen banana makes it extra creamy and delicious. When some of my bananas are starting to turn brown, I cut them up and freeze them for smoothies. This is the perfect smoothie to enjoy this spring!

1 frozen banana

1 cup peaches, fresh or frozen

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ teaspoon culinary lavender buds, plus a few for garnish

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a few lavender buds.

Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies
