Iced London Fog Latte
London Fog lattes are a combination of earl grey tea, honey, vanilla, lavender, and milk. I love having a warm London Fog on a cold rainy and wanted to have an iced version for summer. This is so easy to make at home and much easier on your pocketbook than ordering one out. Making café quality drinks at home is one of my favorite simple pleasures. Enjoy with a sweet treat.
Ingredients
2 earl grey tea bags
½ teaspoon dried lavender
2 teaspoons of honey (adjust to your liking)
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk (I use oat or almond)
Directions
Steep two tea bags and lavender in 1 cup of hot water. Let steep about 5 minutes. Stir in the honey until dissolved, then add in the vanilla.
Fill two glasses with ice. Strain the tea mixture evenly between the two glasses. Pour half a cup of milk on top of each glass. Stir to combine.
Makes 2 as pictured above, or one large.
