Elderflower Frosé

Earlier this summer we had quite a few 95-degree days in Chicago. After walking all over the city on one of these hot days, I wanted a refreshing drink to help cool down. I drink quite a bit of rosé in the summer and decided to give frosé a try. I threw together this combination of ingredients in a blender and it turned out exactly how I hoped. I have since made it for a friend while we lounged by the pool. She loved it so much that she went out and bought a blender to make it at home.
1 cup rosé wine
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons St. Germaine liquor
2 teaspoons agave
1 cup of ice
In a high-speed blender, blend everything except the ice until well combined. Then add in the ice and blend again until slushy consistency. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
