Christmas Cosmopolitan

The cosmopolitan will always have a special place in my heart. It was the drink of my twenties and I ordered one every chance I could. I hadn’t had one in a long time until this year and was reminded how delicious they are. This is a holiday spin on the classic cocktail with cranberry pomegranate juice, Grand Marnier, and a festive garnish. Put on your favorite holiday movie and enjoy this festive drink with some yummy hors d’ouevres. 

Ingredients 

1 ½ ounces vodka

2 ounces cranberry pomegranate juice

½ ounce Grand Marnier

½ ounce fresh lime juice

rosemary sprig and a few fresh cranberries to garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, cranberry pomegranate juice, Grand Marnier, and lime juice. Shake well so it is nice and chilled. Pour into a martini glass and add a sprig of rosemary and a few fresh cranberries.
